Join Cornell Cooperative Extension for a workshop on septic systems and wells for residents near Skaneateles Lake. This workshop will cover different aspects of septic systems: components, maintenance, and signs of failure. There will also be a presentation from the Onondaga County Division of Environmental Health on their Septic System Replacement Funding Program. The workshop will also discuss wells, including well water testing, contamination, and protection measures residents can take to make sure their water is safe to drink.
