The 2023 Citizens Statewide Lake Assessment Program is underway. This year we have 191 sites on 176 lakes with over 600 volunteers conducting sampling. Volunteers can enter data on DEC’s CSLAP Dashboard, and the 2019-2022 electronic reports can also be found there. Thank you to all of our volunteers, DEC’s Brian Duffy, Alene Onion, and Giancarlo Copolla, NYSFOLA’s CSLAP Coordinator Nancy Mueller, and all the staff at Upstate Freshwater Institute who make this program happen.
